Daniel Pittsford
Coach Pittsford has been the head coach at Hyde Park High School since 2023. Previously, he was the head coach at Anderson HS in Austin for 9 years. He grew up playing basketball in the Austin area and went on to become a team manager for the University of Texas from 2006 to 2008 where he worked directly with players and coaching staff as well as helped manage the UT summer camp programs. He has found in his years of coaching what makes a successful player goes beyond physical talent, and has become passionate about coaching the game of life to his athletes.
Coach Pittsford has been able to apply his successful philosophy to the Anderson High School Basketball program and now the Hyde Park Basketball program. He hopes to continue to influence the lives of Austin area youth through the game of basketball.
